Adara Hotels Important Guest Update As a valued Adara Guest we like to personally update you on the evolving 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, and the precautions and changes we are making. The health and safety of our guests and team is always our top priority. While the overall risk in Australia of contracting COVID-19 in the community remains low, we’ve taken a number of steps to increase your protection when staying with us. We are closely following all advice received from Australian medical authorities as well as the World Health Organisation, regarding precautions needed to minimise risks concerned with COVID-19. We’re following the recommended health and safety precautions and are continuing to provide the latest updates available to our team. We are ensuring our team maintain high hygiene standards in and around the property, including proper hand sanitising procedures and cough etiquette. We uphold the highest standards when it comes to cleaning our apartments. Our rooms are cleaned upon every arrival, which includes the use of antibacterial cleaning products. Unfortunately, we are not immune to the significant impact the cancellation of major events, such as the cancellation of the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne. In response we are taking decisive action to mitigate the adverse impact this currently has and may further have on demand, and minimise any disruption to our service levels. We therefore would like to advise you as of Monday 16th March 2020, until further notice, our Reception Hours will be change.
